Location: Dormitory halls
Content: Javert is taking mental inventory of all the students currently housed in the Institute. Oh, yeah, and hunting for Milly. Meet the newest security guard!
Format: Action! Don't mind my tendency to tl;dr.
Warnings: Javert might be mildly creepy. But I totally encourage any students to open the door on him, walk down the hall while he's doing this, etc. IN OTHER WORDS, PLEASE BOTHER JAVERT.
[A very tall, stern and intimidating man is pacing the dormitory halls. Or, more accurately, a very tall, intimidating man is striding very slowly through the main dorms. His stride is punctuated by lengthy pauses in front of each door, and the dark man appears to lean forward ever-so-slightly and tilt an ear toward any conversation or commotion within. His expression remains flat and unreadable, his eyes obscured by a pair of mirrored aviators that look like they could have been zapped to the present from the 1980s.
In his large hands is a clipboard and a pen. He takes a few simple notes at each door and silently moves on. But he pauses at each door without fail, no room or possible persons escaping his thorough ear, eye, or hand.
Whatever could this man be doing? What is his purpose? And why is he so damn unsettling to observe?
Well, it could be that this is one of the first times such a stranger has made himself known in the Institute Halls. Pity to those who catch him in his methodical, thorough investigation.]
