Content: Catching up on the past half a year.

It was a relatively harmless scooter ride into town. Snow's cleared to the point people can travel with ease from place to place. Although Holly J's been using some spare hours in the day to work on it, especially the hours that various staff want her to go to therapy. So it didn't have too much of an issue getting from the school to work on the days she worked. It was also nice to have the time away from school.
This trip would be different, because she had a friend with her. And instead of avoiding the past, this trip was to compare notes on what's happened. Holly J was a bit curious, about the school, things that might be different there without her. For instance who became president when she left. Probably one of the Niners, possibly Chantay. How the football team was doing without Jane and Danny, little childish things that this school rarely considered important.
Holly J pulled up to the usual spot near Keepsie's and parked the scooter, hopping off. Once the helmets were stowed they could start their fun, "So Anya, what powers do you have?" Good solid question that she wanted the answer to, and not nearly as touchy a subject as, say, her last romantic status with Sav. Which was always touchy even though they broke up nearly so often you could use it to figure out the day of the week.
