[but then she sees pietro and raises her eyebrow quite elegantly.]

What were you doing out there?

[sniffs because it is COLD OUT THERE and now his nose is all runny and this sucks.]

Exploring.

Did you find anything interesting?

[sounding only mildly invested in the question]

[Dryly:] The lake is slippery.

[huogongzhu]

[equally as dry:] It's covered in ice.

[soundslikea]

Noticed that, yup. [Attempting to wring his shirt out onto the floor. Not really working.]

[huogongzhu]

[Doing her absolute best not to roll her eyes.] Is that all you found?

[soundslikea]

Trees. Lake. Boathouse. Horses. Some other random interesting shit, but most of it was covered with snow.

Winter isn't really the best time to explore anything.

[Becoming bored of this conversation. Begins inspecting her nails.]

[well be that way miss thang.] Better than hanging around in here.

[Hey it's not like you're putting in the effort here mister.] That's hard to say. My clothes are dry.

But you went to class, didn't you?

[huogongzhu]

So my clothes are dry and I'm smarter than you.

Do you really think school makes you smarter?!

No. That's just an assumption I was making based on this conversation.
