[Russel is curiously armed with pocketsful of wooden pellets, the approximate size of BBs. And setting up a series of cans into a rather curious set up to allow them to be shaken with Russel's powers.]

I think I've got it all set. [big devious grin.]

[The wooden bar upon which the cans are set hovers up a few inches, another wood piece goes on top to keep things together, then are shaken vigorously. Everything returns to their previous positions.]

Ready?

[quite impressed] Hm? Yes. On your signal, then.

[pulls out pistol and aims it at one of the cans]

[xylokinesis]

And.... go! [Flicks out a pellet and it finds its mark square in Tony's face. The soda goes spraying out toward them, but it doesn't reach them.]

[shoots the can and misses Iron Man, but does cause a satisfactory explosion]

That was remarkably cathartic.

[xylokinesis]

[Round 2! He fires with two pellets, and there's two, slightly smaller bursts this time from the same can.] See? [Big grin]

[aims at a new can with his other pistol and is very satisfied by the explosion]
