Alfred was taking advantage of his time off to go grab some food in the kitchen--there was always something good, and right now there appeared to be some cake no one was guarding. He started digging in.
The cake was, of course, not unguarded at all. Lisa Lisa was lurking beneath the counter, waiting for one of her students to come by and take a bite. The space was too thin to be easily gotten into, but that also meant that nobody would look for her in it.
As soon as he was in position, she sent her scarf outwards, controlling it with her mutant powers. It wrapped around Alfred's ankle, and stiffened. She waited a few moments, and then gave it a hard yank to trip him up.
...good grief, he was an idiot. Using his flight powers was a good move, she supposed, but he was not taking this at all seriously. If she had been a real attacker, she could have severed his achilles tendon in that first attack, and then he would have been in real trouble.
Still, she couldn't continue the test from down here. She needed to get out from under the counter, and quickly. She used her mutant gidfts to repel both the floor and the counter; naturally, neither of those were going anywhere, but it did have the effect of suspending her between the two, allowing her to slide sideways without friction.
She slid out from under the counter, and immediately rolled to her feet, striking upwards, aiming for Alfred's jaw with her fist.
Lisa Lisa pivoted tot he side to allow the punch to sail past her, and then reached out, attempting to grab his arm and throw him. His motions were reckless and foolish; he didn't know what she was capable of, and yet he charged in without hesitation.
Alfred caught the movement and pulled back from it on instinct, pulling himself up into the air to give himself more room to maneuver. Deciding that the school could stand to fix a bit of structural damage as long as the threat was neutralized (and really not often needing much of an excuse to start damaging things), he tore out part of the counters and overturned the entire thing on the attacker--or in the attacker's direction, at any rate.
Taking to the air? Not a bad strategy under most circumstances, but it would be less effective in these cramped quarters. The ceiling simply wasn't high enough to keep completely out of her reach.
For the time being, though, she just focused on getting out of the way of the very heavy counter that he had overturned towards her.

"Hey, I'm trying to eat here," he said as he spun upside-down in the air to try and find the culprit.

"What the hell--" he darted forward at top speed, aiming a punch at the attacker. "This place gets attacked way too much."
Alfred had never been one to worry about damage to himself in his attacks; after all, his healing factor covered it well enough.
