BROTHERHOOD MISSION: TRICELL INFILTRATION/SHITSTIRRING [closed]

Content: A group of students from the Xavier Institute run afoul of Galaxia and Madotsuki, who have set out to cause a distraction while Tai infiltrates the New York offices of Tricell, Incorporated.

Warnings: BAD GUYS FIGHTING INJURIES
Tricell's offices are in an office building much like any other in the area - getting in shouldn't be too hard for a shapeshifter, especially once Galaxia and Madotsuki have started making a to-do around the corner.
The group of XI students, supervised by Leon Kennedy, will have been in the city for about three quarters of an hour when shit starts going down. They'll probably be about a block away, and we are counting on the students' WILLINGNESS TO INTERVENE, despite the fact that they really should not, to cause shenanigans here. Some police will probably show up, but as far as superheroes go, Spider-Man is busy, the Fantastic Four are in space again, and a good portion of the Avengers are fighting cyborg dinosaurs in the future. Leon might want to call for X-Men backup or something but, if he does, it shouldn't get there until at least one of the students has been hurt.
XAVIER INSTITUTE STUDENTS PLEASE NOTE: the Brotherhood are on average tougher than you, because they are bad guys. That is how it works. Deal with it.
