Hokuto had been meaning to come in and get her hair styled and a little trim since before she had left. She had actually had an appointment to get her hair done, but that had been the same day that Subaru had left for America and as vain as the Japanese girl could be there were some things that were more important than her hair appointment. Not many, but some things ( ... )

On the one hand, Antoine had finally gotten tired of Cats. On the other, he had decided to move on to Phantom of the Opera and was now waltzing around with one of the model heads serenading it. Maybe he could move to Starbucks full-time...

But then a girl came in, and the fact that his boss was really kind of weird was pushed aside by the rest of Thomas' libido brain. "I think so. I'm Thomas, the only one who answers phones around here," he answered. The voice was familiar, but he couldn't peg down a name... A glance down at the appointment book helped. "Are you Miss Sumeragi?" He might have butchered that a lot little.

"That's me, but Hokuto is fine." Like that would be any easier for him to wrap his tongue around, not that she didn't want to see him try. Come to think of it, there were a couple of things she wouldn't mind seeing him wrap his tongue around, but the flirting could wait, she had just met him after all. And besides, he might not even like girls, which would be a pity, but oh well, it happened.

A quick glance back at the dancing stylist had her giggling into one hand, but she got herself to stop as she pulled her gloves off, nodding at him. "So do I get a show with my styling too? That's certainly different."

"It's a pleasure, Hokuto." That was a little better. Only a little mangling. He grinned widely at her. "I promise, if you keep coming back, I'll get better at it."

Thomas followed her glance over at Antoine and sighed. He swore that the man was playing it up. Nobody could be that flamboyant all the time, right? "The House of Hair is a full service salon," he quipped. "Styling and a show. Though I think he'll put down the plastic head when it's your turn."

Hokuto couldn't help but return the smile "Well, I will just have to give you more opportunities then. So you can get the hang of saying my name right of course." The sunglasses came off next "I just hope your stylist is better at styling than he is at waltzing, I'd hate to have to suffer through bad styling just to help you out with Japanese names." Not that she would, she would just have to find somewhere else to conveniently run into the cute receptionist at.

"He's a lot better at styling than he is at waltzing," Thomas reassured her even as Antoine tried and failed to hit a high note. "And a lot better at styling than he is at singing." The song wound down, and Thomas took the opportunity to cut his boss off at the pass lest he get going again. "Hey Antoine, you've got a customer!"

The tall Frenchman walked over with what could only be called a flounce. "Antoine, this is your appointment, Hokuto. Please try not to deafen her," Thomas said, making introductions. "Hokuto, this is Antoine. He'll take care of that gorgeous hairdo."

Thomas grinned at her. "Shout if you need anything?"

"Well, it's good to see that he got into the right job then." Since there was no way he would have gotten anywhere trying musical theater. But at least he was amusing, so long as you didn't have to listen to him all day.

Hokuto smiled at Antoine as they were introduced before turning back to Thomas "I most certainly will, what do I do if I just want to talk?" Not that she was going to keep him from his job. Much. With one last smile she turned and followed Antoin, quickly slipping into a discussion of what she wanted her hair to look like.
