Eli had let his mom know he needed some extra money for Rice Krispie Treats, and ended up with four trays full of his grandma's homemade, plus some soda (even though Temeraire was supposed to get it). He got there a few minutes early to help set up, since he still felt kinda bad that Temeraire had to do all the posters and he didn't even have thumbs. He figured what with all the talk about registration, they were probably going to get a pretty big turnout. He was looking forward to it.
