John Bender threw his bag on the bed, somewhat satisfied with the bounce that it made, and started looking around the dorm. Perfectly laid out, plenty of room for all of his stuff (not that there was much of that)... nicer than home, definitely.
He took off his jacket and hung it on the back of one of the desk chairs and sat on the bed, apparently testing its springiness.
