Though the point of going to a Farmer's Market was, ostensibly, a part or a sign of a healthy lifestyle, Courfeyrac had decided to kill the time waiting for Remus with a quick cigarette. It wasn't really unhealthy, Courfeyrac reasoned. It was... alright, so perhaps it was, but there was something wonderfully ironic about it, and if Parisians liked anything (which was debatable), they did like being ironic.
There, now it was a sort of skewed nationalism as opposed to a bad habit. Courfeyrac puffed away quite contentedly on his cigarette.
