Characters: Minato Arisato, Naoto Shirogane, and Zabuza Momochi
Location: Near the faculty office
Time: 11 am, September 10.
Content: Minato goes to check in.
Warnings: None as of yet.
Minato's flight had been delayed, much to his chagrin. He wasn't terribly fond of planes or airline food, and the flight had taken long enough, honestly. He'd listened to his music the entire time, however - at least when he wasn't sleeping - and so had made it out alright. Luckily, his mutation was inward, rather than outward, so he didn't have any trouble from anyone on the way. In fact, as far as his old school had known, he was transferring to America in order to get away from the tragedy that had occurred some ten years ago.
Let them think he was running away; Minato knew the truth, and didn't really care what they thought anymore, anyway.
Things had been slightly more difficult in getting to the school; the cab driver had given Minato lip about wanting to visit some "mutie house"; Minato had simply turned up the volume on his headphones and looked out the window on the journey, tipped the cab and was silently thankful the man apparently hadn't given any thought to the suitcase being rolled along after Minato. He already had jet-lag and mutation; he didn't need any other problems.
The transfer student had managed to get into the school okay; finding the faculty office so he could register was another issue. He'd wandered around, lost, for several minutes before some students had pointed him in the direction. After registering, it was time to go to his dorm; due to his late arrival, he would begin attending classes tomorrow.
Now if only he had remembered to ask where those were...
