This was really not how Tatsuki wanted to start off at her new school.

Face first against the desk, she knew full well she could've avoided this mess if she hadn't let her pride get the best of her, even if rock-for-brains was a chauvinist asshole. She needed to put that behind her, though. For now, it was just a matter of surviving the next couple hours, which would be fine if this white-haired kid next to her would quit tapping his feet oh my god.

She let out a frustrated sigh before sitting up straight. "Dude, you mind?"

Santo wandered in. He usually had detention for something quickly thought out, hardly thought through, and leading to high cost property damage. This time it was because of that stunt in the gym... and that stunt in Spanish class. Okay so that class was boring, really boring.

He walked to the back of the class where his desk was. It was a little larger than the others, and built outta vibroadmanatisomethium. Whatever it was he tried to damage it and nothing. He glanced over at Tommy, "So Mr. Wilson's class is the best, I never knew that about Wolverine's Mom. Did you?"

He glanced at the girl with the issues. Maybe that bleeding had something to do with her time of the month. Anyway he had no clue what her problem was... okay, the problem before he punched her. He figured out her problem after he punched her. He propped his feet up in his desk, "Probably should cut that out, she might stab you."

Tommy was already in an irritable mood. And he didn't need someone telling him to stop the only thing that was helping him pass the time. So he just ignored the girl beside him, and if anything made the tapping louder, only pausing when Santo walked in. Tommy and walking boulder had met a few times already--they both took the 'life skills' class run by Deadpool of all people (admittedly that was the only reason Tommy signed up for the class) and they both seemed to always be getting detention--so a nod of the head was offered when he sat down before the Speedster went back to his tapping.

It was only when Santo started to talk to him that Tommy picked himself up off of the desk and leaned back slightly in his chair to glance over, brow furrowed and foot still making it's tuneless beat on the floor. "I didn't know Wolverine had a mom," he snorted, the tone of his voice making it obvious that he was irritable and not really in the mood to talk. He then glanced at Tatsuki when Santo mentioned her and snorted in amusement. "She can try."

"Shut the fuck up, dickless," Tatsuki grumbled, lifting her head from the desk to shoot a glare back at Santo. "Last thing I need right now is your shit."

Leaning forward again, she let out a sigh, resting her chin on her hands. Had she met Tommy anywhere else, she'd have made a mental note that he was kind of cute, but it only really crossed her mind for a brief moment here. Giving him a quick glance, she turned her attention to the ceiling before stretching out in her seat. "Forget I said anything. I'm not here because I need more trouble."

"Sorry, forgot that any word hurts your fragile little feelings," last time Santo said she was fragile it was just words, now he was picking exactly what would annoy her, "I mean, fragile is the right word, one little comment and you snap like a little twig."

"Hey Tommy," Santo lined a dozen plus pebbles up on his desk, and started flicking them at random walls in the room. The things were moving pretty fast and bouncing around like crazy once more than a few were moving. "I'm sure you can't keep up with a fourteen."

Tommy raised an eyebrow at the girl's reaction and grinned, before looking back to Santo. Well, this was certainly more entertaining than sitting in here on his own. Maybe there would be a fight, and bones will get 'snapped like twigs'. Probably not. Tommy knew that he wouldn't want to get into a fight with Santo--even if he was faster than the walking boulder he didn't fancy his chances of getting a fist made of stone to the face--so why the girl would was beyond him.

Blinking at Santo a little boredly when he spoke to him, Tommy leaned back in his chair and watched the pebbles bounce haphazardly around the room. "And thats where you'd be wrong," he grinned, before getting up out of his seat and zipping to the small stones around the room, grabbing them mid-air and then throwing them all back--one at a time--to Santo, aiming to hit him in the face with a supercharged, superfast pebble. He was back in his seat before you had a chance to notice that he was gone.

By the time Tatsuki even knew what the two were talking about, one of the pebbles clipped the cartilage in her right ear. The pain was like a bee sting, sharp and quick, but only enough to elicit a slight wince. She tried not to show even that - that would imply she was fragile - instead playing it off through her body language as if it was nothing. Putting her concentration into it, she drew the blood back into the wound before it even hit the ground, inadvertently bringing the offending projectile with it.

Catching the stone between two fingers, she turned back to Santo. "Missed one, Tommy." Taking aim, she flicked the stone back towards the blockhead's face.

Santo was remarkably fast for someone so large. It also helped that even one at a time his hand was large enough to catch two or three stones at once. His large hands catching most of the small stones in his hands. It might look like he only caught 9 from Tommy and that slow by compare from Tatsuki, but he grinned and caught one in his white rocky teeth. Which technically counts, unlike the three he had pull from being part of his face.

"Good show flimsy, you managed to catch one. Tommy you gettin' slow in your old age?" Santo was surprised that Tatsuki got one when Tommy was usually pretty good at not missing anything in the blink of single purposed movement. Santo grinned as he glanced at the handful of pebbles, "Maybe you two should face each other tryin' to catch the rocks from the air. More fun that way."

Tommy rolled his eyes at the comment and shot Tatsuki a small scowl. "I'm not getting slow, blockhead," he snorted, leaning back in his chair and rocking in it slightly. "Her big head got in the way." And yeah. Tommy was usually pretty good at getting them all. But usually it was just the two of them playing, not some irritating chick with anger issues as well.

At Santo's suggestion, Tommy raised an eyebrow. "If by fun you mean no contest," he sneered before sitting up so all the legs of the chair were on the ground.

"Oi. My head is perfectly average-sized." There wasn't much else to say, really - she'd dug her hole deep enough. "Like I said, man, forget I'm here." These two idiots could go ahead and do their thing for all she cared, so long as it didn't involve her, so she laid her head down and pretended to go to sleep. If she needed to, she'd deal with them non-lethally, but only if she was disturbed.

God, this place just got lonelier by the second.

"Hey, just because her head is as big as mine doesn't mean her head is huge," Santo half-defended/half-insulted the girl, flicking the pebbles into the air again. Expecting Tommy to keep the verbal and the physical going at once. The little speeddemon was good at multitasking.

Santo did his best to aim them so they wouldn't hit Tatsuki. However he'd need to pay attention in physics a bit more to be certain of that. ...or play more billiards, that was how he knew what little he did about flicking the rocks everywhere. "So Quicks, still in for the same reason as last time?"

"I dunno, your head is pretty fucking huge," he grinned, glancing from Tatsuki and Santo as if he were comparing sizes, and then blurring out of his seat as he threw the stones back to the walking rockpile, making sure to add a little spin on them this time. By the time Santo asked him the next question, Tommy was back in his seat, leaning back on his chair and flicking a little bit of dirt off of his shirt from one of the pebbles.

"Nah, different reason," he said, stretching. "I exploded part of the hallway--completely by accident--and some teacher with a huge rack caught me," he grinned, using hand gestures to properly accentuate just how big that 'rack' was. It was obvious that the whole point of detention--to reflect on what you did and hopefully not do it again--was completely lost on the speedster.
