A Little Serenade [Open|Active]

Location:Dorm Room B60
Time:After classes, before dinner
Content:Roderich is bored and maybe possibly a little homesick. So what does he do? Play the violin of course. Feel free to poke, prod, say hello and point out any mistakes your character may hear.

It really was a pity that his piano was too unwieldy to ship all the way from Vienna to New York and he needed to see if there were any pianos that he could use for his own purposes at some point. But for now Roderich would make do with his violin with some sheet music propped up on some books that were being used as an impromptu music stand. His back was to the door, which he had accidentally left open a crack (it seemed the door had trouble closing all the way) and his gaze switched back and forth between the sheet music and the rain falling outside.
As was usual when he played, Roderich wasn't paying much attention to whatever was happening around him, swaying slightly to the music as he let it relax him and help him forget how completely and utterly different this place was from what he was used to.
