FLIGHT CLASS TAKE III

Location: IT'S A MYSTERY!!!!

Today the students taking flight class have been packed into one of the Institute's minivans and driven out to the middle of nowhere (there is a lot of nowhere around here).
Their challenge, should they choose to accept it (Ms. Starr is adamant that anyone who doesn't want to participate doesn't have to), is to fly back to the Institute in two groups.
She has, by now, given up on trying to use the words "it's not a race" with this class, so she tells them it is a race, and that there will be a prize for the first group to get back to the Xavier Institute with all of the students it started out with. No prizes for individuals, guys. THERE'S NO I IN TEAM.
As for the teams ... first two people to show can start individual threads for GETTING A MOVE ON, and then the rest of you can tag into whichever one tickles your fancy. GO GO GO
The following, as ever, applies to tagging order.
