Did you see the news, some company's making a vaccine.

How does that even work? I mean, my mutations gets rid of mutation sort of? But it's temporary, I leave and you get it back...

I don't know--who cares how it works, they shouldn't be making one!

Something sick and wrong, that's what.

I wonder if it's a more mellowed out version of an inhibitor collar that can be implanted permanently? Or like a birth control implant, where it releases chemicals over a period of time?

Didn't they call it a vaccine?

The other things would be more plausible than a shot, though.

What if they use null blood or something? [guess who is obviously thinking of the worst case scenario for him personally as his brother is a null]

They think we have a disease. Or that we are a disease - it doesn't matter to them which is which. They're just scared.

They act like mutants aren't people.

Well, they're not allowed to eradicate people, so they make up excuses. Like I said, they're just scared. Of course, that isn't an excuse.

Bet they'd miss us if they had to fight the supervillains.

How can they "cure" it? That doesn't make sense...

It's like they think it's a disease.

Well, people would at least stop hating us...

Because mutants wouldn't exist.

What a freaking joke. Ten bucks says I can break down whatever it is in five hours. [crosses her arms] I can't believe they are acting like this is a disease! I can do so much good with my mutation! What gives them the freaking right to act--to act like it's something to cure!
