[Reki's sitting at his desk in his still rather empty of interesting things office, but the noise of an overactive printer can be heard and a stack of paper with directions to a local Italian restaurant can be seen on his desk. The system admin. assistant and record keeper looks like he wants to give his two weeks already. He hasn't even been here one.]
This has to be a joke...
Is there a technopath who's good with printers? Mine's been printing this-- [cue one page of restaurant directions brought up to the camera/screen] --all day in between my work.
[Which, if anyone notices now that the top page of the stack has been removed, is a list of students with spotty attendance; Reki's wondering if they're still at the school despite being shown as enrolled in the records. Feel free to recognize a name or that of a few NPC mutant students.]
I'll be in my office trying to sort out this mess. This isn't my mutation going haywire. I don't even know this place.
[Reki glares at the off screen printer which pauses the printing noises for a moment (See? His technopathy's fine.) before the noise starts once more. He stands up, book in hand, and slams it shut; the video feed cuts just as he does.]
