It shouldn't...really require anything, its sleeveless. I just don't think I'll look very nice with a cast in that nice a dress...

Then let's find you a decorative scarf that matches the dress that you can wear as a sling! I think that would be a nice way to dress it up. We can even decorate your cast, too.
