1. You can filter your posts so only certain people see them. The locks work pretty well unless there's a hacker out there who's bored.

I somehow doubt that's going to make you particularly popular. A filter would probably be more efficient. Particularly because you may not have taken into consideration that some staff might be 'gay'. Which would mean you might be caught. If you were doing something you shouldn't be. Which of course, you aren't.
