Hello everyone! I've officially gotten a venue booked for Saturday, December 19th for the mutant rights benefit concert I've been talking about. My father pulled some strings for me, and the show will be at the Radio City Music Hall.

Just to focus on tolerance and acceptance of differences, I thought it would be a good idea if we played music from all different cultures. There are a number of holidays happening world wide in December, so it might be interesting to learn traditional pieces from the different cultures.

Also, as a reminder to anyone in band class who hasn't volunteered to participate yet, Mr. Brook is offering extra credit to anyone who participates in the show. I'd be happy for any help, though - being in band class is absolutely not a requirement for participating in the show.

I was hoping that we'd have a few brief speeches about mutant rights in between acts, so if anyone would like to volunteer to give a speech, please do let me know.

Suggestions are, of course, welcome and appreciated.
