It's come to my attention that Itachi Uchiha is both alive and detained on the school's premises.

First and foremost, his presence is hardly a secret. Simply because you were not immediately informed upon your arrival does not mean we had no intention of having this discussion. Secondly, he is hardly a risk to your person. He is guarded at all times by two thoroughly vetted security personnel, as well as any number of staff members who have taken it upon themselves to keep watch. Our security has been approved by Tony Stark himself, so you can rest assured it passes muster. However, if you do insist upon visiting him in person, I would be more than happy to escort you.

...I would have liked to have known of this before I arrived here. I do hope there isn't any other information that I should be aware of that's being kept from me.

But I suppose it can't be helped, as I'm now also stuck here just as much as he is, whether there is or not.

And yes, I'd prefer an explanation about all this from him directly, so I wish to see him as soon as you're available.

I'm terribly sorry we didn't see fit to warn you ahead of time. You do realize you are only one of the many students we have here at the Institute? While I am well aware of your connection with Mr. Uchiha, you must understand that we did not necessarily understand the magnitude of that connection prior to your arrival.
