Is there anyone in particular I should talk to about having severe issues with my assigned roommate? Like, fearing for my safety?

Okay, I have a serious problem here. That being that my roommate, Peter, is completely insane. He talked about murder being fun for God's sake, and planned to dress up our room as a dungeon, possibly with me as the prisoner. I think he's completely unhinged. So, I'm requesting the help of anyone with space to spare I could temporarily store my stuff with and/or take shelter with until the staff get back to me.
