We don't know if he actually killed people out of spite or if it was an accident.

Well yes, but each situation is different. He could have very dangerous powers that need to be kept under control until he can control them, or he could even be down there for his own protection. All I'm saying is that we're doing a disservice to Ms. Frost by assuming things when we don't have all the facts.

It could be that they're still trying to find out the truth themselves. I for one would feel horrible if I was in their situation and gave out the wrong information.
