Is it? I thought it would not be unheard of to switch with other students and just ask permission from the staff after an agreement?

If I understand correctly, cohabitants who fail to get on are generally separated should the need arise. Perhaps if a staff member is consulted early, an incident can be avoided.

That was the hope. I really am hoping to avoid...problems. That and get this done before my brother figured it out...
