Jobless rates

Jun 19, 2009 11:04

"After Michigan, the state with the second-highest jobless rate in May was Oregon at 12.4 percent, followed by Rhode Island and South Carolina at 12.1 percent each. California's was fourth-highest in the country." (emphasis mine)

I feel so very lucky to be done with that. So very, very lucky. And ThankFul.

It's been in the 12% range here in Oregon for a while. That's 1 in 8 people in the state are Unemployed.

But that also means 7 in 8 people are Employed.

My heart goes out to those of you still Experiencing UnEmployment. I wish you all the Success in the World in your Searches.
