Stupid question time:
I'm trying to figure out how to put the full address and phone number on a single line of some governmental job applications, but I've googled it, and I've now spent over 30 minutes trying to figure this out, without any luck. How are you supposed to go about typing this out? I'm specifically interested in spacing (single? double?) and punctuation (commas? semicolons?). I know how I would normally do an address, but not how to put it all on a single line. So, e.g., for the business:
Breitenbush Hot Springs
P.O. Box 578
Detroit, OR 97342
503.854.3321
How would you type this out on a single line?
Breitenbush Hot Springs, P.O. Box 578, Detroit, OR 97342, (503) 854-3321
(In case LJ fucked up my formatting--those are all single spaced, except for between the state and zip which has a double space, with only commas and no semicolons).
Is this right?
