Fishy Suggestions

I'm looking for any yummy suggestions on some new thins I've been trying in the past 48 hours, particularly re: spices &/or sauces to complement what I'm trying:

As part of my "Operation 4 Health" (& thus, BBold), I'm proud to say that I've been trying more new foods. Yesterday I broiled some chicken tenders & made some homemade honey mustard with the last of our deli mustard. I did half the tenders with a 16-spice "no salt seasoning", the others plain, and they were all yummy. Last night I took some flank steak (medium rare, thank Satan!) and reheated it for some steak tacos, which were good, too.

Today, I took that steak and made one of the best BBQ steak sandwiches I've ever had in my entire life. I thought that a bit of light mayo and deli mustard would be good, but I finished the deli mustard off yesterday. BBQ is quickly becoming my favorite sauce (growing up in Kansas City probably doesn't hurt this preference).

One thing I'm really struggling with is finding things that complement fish. I'm not a big fan of tartar sauce, but I suppose I could try it again, as my taste buds have changed drastically since starting the weight loss Plan. I've never really liked fish, but I know how healthy it is (I'm more a poultry guy, although I do enjoy my beef--can't stand pork, which is great news for my weight loss). Tonight, I finally broke down and opened up some frozen salmon patties and broiled them (2 with the no-salt seasoning, 1 as-is) with the remaining thawed chicken tenders. Given that tuna goes so well with mayo, I figured it wouldn't hurt to put that on a bun for the salmon patty. I was very pleasantly surprised. I think I can definitely go through the other 20 patties no problem, although I do fear I may get tired of just this one sauce option. I thought about mixing some hot sauce (Sriracha/Cock Sauce?) or BBQ and making a flavored mayo, but I'm not so confident in my cooking abilities with fish quite yet. I did squirt a bit of the deli mustard in with the tuna I mixed up with mayo over the weekend (along with some fresh ground pepper), and that was pretty yummylicious. But that's as far as I've gotten so far.

Suggestions???
