I got this quote sent to me from the only site I've yet been able to find that lists "raves" in the Pacific NorthWet, NWTekno. Unfortunately for me in EUG, they rarely list anything outside of PDX. Prolly because there aren't that many "raves" in EUG, which I find both completely plausible and yet rather surprising, given the EUG Metrogeist.
