what does taking a break even mean? What does somebody mean when they say "i need a break".

could it be me cooking for you? how about letting you use my car? or maybe taking care of you when your sick? could it be when i hold you as you fall sleep? its probably when i lend you money. Nope its got to be when i always get you things you need when i go food shopping for myself. or is it all the other things i do for you? or when im always on your side, defending you? how about when i do anything that you ask of me? maybe when i wait around for you and do whatever you want?
