I am the world's biggest klutz. Seriously. And probably not too bright sometimes, either. :D
I was walking Fay earlier, and yesterday it snow. A lot. Which of course doesn't make MEEEEE too thrilled but...that's life. Anyways, I'm walking her in this field and there's a bunch of snow around and then I see this little tiny bench in this sea of snow, so I hop on it and start to walk across it...me, not thinking that the bench is made of this metal..plastic type material, and on wet shoes it's kinda slippery. Of course, that's when Fay decides to go running. So I slip and flail about, my left ankle smashes into the bench and I topple over into the snow. Let's just say that my ankle is sore, and I have a nice light coloured bruise with a big old lump. And it's just throbbing away. Stupid thing. So major limping home for me. :D
Then I came home and cleaned the hamster cage and noticed that Lilith has a lump in front of her front right paw, so it has me a little bit worried. I'm gonna keep an eye out on it and see if it decides to go away or not, and well.. if it doesn't, I'll just have to take her to the vets and hope they can do something for her. Poor little thing. She's still running away (a bit slowly, though) and doesn't seem to be in any pain, so that's definitely a plus. She's a trooper!
On a GOOD note, though, I'm buying my tickets to go visit Mid at the end of May, and it's going to be amazing. Believe it or not, it's cheaper for me by like...$100 to buy two one-way tickets than to buy a round trip. So I leave May 24th and get back June 3rd. It's going to ammaazzziinnngggg...can we say Supernatural watching time? :D
