it's weird, i honestly can't remember the last time there was 4 good shows in 3 days, and that i'm actually going to 3.

Thursday: You Say Party, We Say Die! and Dadada Lazers
Friday: Putrescence, Under Pressure, Kursk, Quiffs, and Space Amazons
Saturday: Maniac Sumo Cunt and Putrescence OR Viz's Cancer Benefit ( Read more... )

I should totally fight Starbucks in hand to hand combat for making me work a shift and making me miss Dadada: Lazers.

sounds like a deal, at least now i know i'll have someone to talk to since i have no idea what kind of people actually go to hardcore shows anymore. i actually saw you at the River/Osborne bus stop yesterday but i didn't notice you until you got on the 18.

People without purpose go to hardcore shows. Here's hoping Viz makes some solid coin to kick start her funding to be well on her way!

awesome to see you too, it was certainly a weird show for me to attend, felt just a bit out of place.

haha just a combination of:
1. feeling really old compared to the other people there
2. seeing how much it reminded me of a hardcore show i was at in Chicago in 2002
3. tons of kids who would give me funny looks like they ruled the show, despite the fact they'd only been going to shows for 6 months
3. Zero Tolerance pretending that it was 1997

i always find all ages shows weird though now, hardcore or otherwise
