[281] The Fall of Sirius The Great

Sep 22, 2009 20:53

Sirius sits outside by the lake smoking, turning his tie back and forth between Gryffindor and Slytherin colours, thinking.

He finds himself once again laying on his back by the lake, looking up at the stars, thinking far too much about his life thus far. He wonders if everything he's done could possibly get any worse, and feels a sort of depression hit him, thinking about how James hates him and how Peter seems to be happier than any of them, and how Remus won't even speak to him...and all the good times he and Remus shared.

He thinks of Remus, and how badly he must have hurt him, and then he thinks of Teddy, and how good they are together.

He sighs deeply. "There's so much about me that Teddy doesn't know though."

He thinks about his Pureblood upbringing, and the Death Eater meetings, and his year with the Slytherins, and knows its in him to go back.
