On Quitting DQ and Seeing Shiny Toy Guns...again.
It's been a long time since I've written anything real. I want to start again.
I quit my job today. I was supposed to work at 4 today. My mom dropped me off a little before 3:30, but she came in to get a drink and find out my schedule for next week since we share the car right now. Well, I was only on the schedule 3 days next week, which isn't even enough hours to pay for the gas it takes to get into town from my house. So I called Maria (my boss) and asked what was going on. She said everyone was asking for more hours and that if she'd known I needed hours she'd have given them to me. She said she'd change the schedule around if I wanted, but then right away she was saying that every time JoDee works with me she comes in and complains about me disrespecing her and having a bad attitude, and that other people I work with say I have a bad attitude too. Even though me and JoDee have had issues, we worked those out, so I thought, and its bullshit that "everyone else complains" too, since I asked everyone else, and they said they've never complained about me. And JoDee told me that Maria said she was tired of me, so Maria is a complete liar anyway. Bitch.
Anyway, I ended up just leaving with my mom. I cried so much saying good-bye to Tamara, Mary and Jared. I'll miss them a lot.
I went to Seattle the other day to see Shiny Toy Guns again.They were amazing, obviously. I went with Roy and his friend Jacen. At the beginning I was right up front, there was only one person in front of me. (Damn him!) But it was still amazing.
So now I'm unemployed, and kind of freaking out. I don't know who to believe about shit anymore, but I honestly don't care. I'm done with fucking Dairy Queen, again, but this time I'm not ever going back. I should probably start playing my guitar on the street for money or something. :/
