i need some good gym time. i've got no muscle definition anymore. it's ANNOYING. i wish i had more time so i could go a few more times a week. resolution: i have to start going on my own.
i've been drinking tons of sprite zero lately and i think the aspartame is really starting to take a toll on my body. i literally feel sick and fatigued all the time. i suppose that's what you get for ingesting things that break down into formaldehyde as soon as they hit your stomach. resolution: will give up diet sodas.
i haven't had coffee in about a month which is also pretty strange. for some reason i'm convinced black tea is a better source of energy. even though it has less caffeine and basically the same amount of calories or whatever. resolution: just keep it up. what's the difference. coffee's more expensive anyway.
speaking of aspartame, random info here. sucralose, aka splenda, has .68 less calories per gram than aspartame (equal), dextrose (equal), saccharin (sweet n low), and maltodextrin (nutrasweet). and it has no associated health risks. so tell me...why don't diet sodas or other foods containing artificial sweeteners use sucralose? oh yeah...it's not addictive!
oh capitalism! you crack me up with your self-concerned, murder-by-neglect mannerisms!
