First Day of Work!
S-so. After sleeping at midnight and getting up at two...I went into work with my mother at about 6:30. Yes, I work with my mother. Some people might find that a little weird but I don't really find myself minding a whole lot. Though, I'm not entirely sure that I'm going to work, I am still being trained to be a coach at a women's fitness facility. It's actually pretty fun, the people there (though way older than I am) are really nice and are fun to talk with.
Training (working?) consisted of learning the names of about 35 people today, only 1/3 of the actual amount of people that frequent the place. I also learned how to use the machines which was a most tiresome process. There are thirteen different things, all focused on working one or two specific muscle(s). Then there's this giant odd thing used for stretching. Apparently, it's called the "cage." Affectionate nickname?
I also got to alphabetize files and clean up the entire facility. So, in other words...I are thankful be dun.
I make $7.25 an hour and whee! Today I "worked" for 7.5 hours. So. Yey.
Now I have money to buy manga. Or. I will have money. Later.
Aside from that, I'm rather sleep deprived and might sleep now. But, after a bit of sleep I think I'll get to writing something. *nodnod* I just don't know what to write at the moment. I must express my surprise, however, that I am actually using my LJ as, well, a journal-thing. =]
