Right. So currently I think Christmas is overrated because everything has become so materialistic.
I also think Santa is kinda creepy based solely on this fact:
"He knows when you are sleeping...He knows if you've been good or bad"
That just screams creeper to me.
Maybe he's on Facebook...

Anyway, so if you don't know, there's this whole ordeal with Super Junior and DBSK.

Hankyung has filed a request to have his employment terminated. His side claims that SM entertainment has violated human rights, that the hours SM En. has had him put into his schedules has caused various stress-based illnesses, including kidney problems.

Also, earlier, Kyuhyun left a message on his Cyworld, before shutting it down, about how "even the beast does not bite the hand that feeds it"

DBSK:
Jaejoong, Yoochun, and Junsu all filed suit against SME (long before Han Geng), regarding the company's contract and improper distribution of income. The other two members are apparently supporting the company, stating that the company knows what's best for the members. There's another case involving a cosmetics company and the Trio being accused of fraud.
But I don't have the articles for this case, when I find them again, I'll post it.
