Imaginary Friends with Benefits and Marshmallow Fudge

If you haven’t already noticed I’m a big fan a Christmas movies.. even though they’re sappy and cheesy. They’re just too damn cute! Last night I blew off my schoolwork and watched a series of sappy Christmas movies that made me want to puke rainbows (in a good way of course).

Where I live there’s at least 4 channels on TV that just play Christmas movies almost all day long. It’s hard to resist. The first one I swear I’ve seen at least 6 times. It’s called “A Boyfriend for Christmas”. It’s quite dorky, sappy, a little cheesy, and very Christmasy. Therefore, it’s a win! The main reason I think I keep watching it again is because the guy is so fhjfhsfjosdajdjs handsome lol. After that one ended and I’d had my fill of adorableness for the day I’d planned to turn the TV off and finish the few chores. Yea, that didn’t happen because lo and behold there was a *new* Christmas movie coming on next. Me and my mom pretty much have seen just about every Christmas movie that is played on TV.. so *new* really caught my attention. I guess all the normal plot lines for Christmas movies have been used already so producers have to think of new things that have never been done before. Let me tell you… I have never seen a Christmas movie like this one.. I’ll put a cut here for those who don’t want to read a plot summary :’D

So there’s this little girl named Jane, and she has this imaginary friend named Michael (who I would seriously adopt he was so adorable and had the most girlish voice ;v;). Her mom thinks she’s delusional because she goes everywhere with him and he’s her best friend xD. Anyway, on her birthday every year her mom takes her to Tiffany’s to buy her jewelry. Of course her birthday is on Christmas Eve, she’s turning ten.. So her incredibly cute imaginary friend tells her that he has to leave because she’s growing older and doesn’t need him anymore. So this heartbreaking scene follows, the boy disappears in this elevator and the little girl goes hysterical. It was kind of sad in a strange way xD. So then the movie fast forwards twenty years and Jane is all grown up and engaged to this douche bag actor guy who’s obsessed with himself that she’s convinced herself she actually loves… Then, the imaginary friend guy just appears.. out of nowhere, all grown up, pretty hot, and not imaginary anymore XD! He doesn’t really know what the hell is going on but he doesn’t give it much thought and goes to find Jane. She thinks he’s a crazy stalker but then realizes it’s really him and thinks she’s going insane. This guy.. was so cute I swear to god I wanted to pull him out of the TV lol. So naïve, adorable, sweet, oblivious to everything, he was like Spain- but in a weird Christmas movie lmao. Okay I’m not going to spoil everything… in case any of you actually end up watching it somehow >.<. Anyway, they have a lot of fun, he stays at her apartment since he has nowhere to go. Before she couldn’t decide on anything for her wedding, but Micheal helps her pick out her flowers, cake, and wedding dress (because he knows everything about her..). ;u;  They end up kissing, blah blah blah, me and my mom decide that we need an imaginary friend like that. Since the guy was so cute and naïve this sex scene that was thrown in there was totally unexpected, but yeah, she cheats on her big shot actor fiancé with her former imaginary friend. I was like “Wow, didn’t know you could do that with imaginary friends”. My mom was like, “That is so wrong!” I tell her, “It’s an imaginary friend with benefits, don’t you know?” Then she turned away with her moral, Christian eyes while I enjoyed that sex scene. Damn, I am so corrupted lol. At any rate, the ending made me want to puke up more rainbows, maybe even double rainbows. I’m a total sap, I’ve accepted it xD.  So anyone have any favorite Christmas movies :’D? Comment telling me your favorites!

Anyways, Christmas is quickly approaching. I am broke, and do not feel like venturing out into the holiday madness to do any last minute shopping. So I decided I’d bake something for my friends (I normally do this lol). However, the next week of school just might murder me and I will have no time at all to bake batches of delicious Christmas cookies. So, I’m going an even easier route and making a holiday treat that is incredibly easy yet very yummy. The recipe is called “Stupid people fudge” because, if you can’t make it, you’re just stupid because it’s that easy. It’s not even real fudge, it’s like easier to make fudge. I love it. It’s basically just a chocolate treat with marshmallows. You can add chopped nuts or anything else you’d like to it. Plus it takes like 5 minutes to make. So for me, it’s a win. I’ll post the recipe if anyone wants it.

Only one more week of school to survive, then I have two weeks off! Hopefully I can get through these last few days. >.> Ah, wish me luck there. Oh, and I’m hoping to finish my fic by Christmas or a little bit after Christmas… Hah…

Wow, that was a long post. Have a great week everyone!
