I wrote these 2 songs, I wonder if anyone is interested?
wellp, I'm not much for putting my personal life online anymore, so I'm going to use this LJ to post my lyrics and see what everyone thinks.
Song 1 - "Replayed in a Sober Daze"
Remove the bullet from my head,
extract the thoughts I took with led,
write them down onto this paper,
only to recite them later

Make this headache go away,
Take this pill to end the pain
I realize I've done everything to
--ruin us--
so,
Please refrain from second guessing
the things I do to stop digressing,
in our minds we have eachother,
and without that we have no other

to save ourselves.

Release the latch that gates your fence

the rain falls in profound silence,
I can give you such clarity

reveal your insecurities
you think you have it figured out,
but your blood has stained the grout,
will you except your own demise?
or will you show us all and rise?
you lay there shattered and broken
from the simple words I've spoken,
if there's anything to save you
-it's in you-
you'll know what to do
I see your eyes
reflect the skies
face it all
before you fall

I hope someone out there lets me know what they think, both of these are very heartfelt, written by me with no influences besides my own problems in life.
