I might be going to see Static-X!
woohoo! I hope we can go! it's expensive, but hey, static x and soil? yeah, I'll be there. Ashley's working nights at the old folks home now, it's good money, but she sleeps all day and works at night so i don't get to see her much. At least she's enjoying herself :)
Last night was the Floor 13, P.I.E., old members of deep rest's new band, Casey's band show .... it was ok ... I got to play at least! the new band that the guys from deep rest formed is freakin amazing! even their chorus lines are leads! it's like big giant guitar solos in drop B ... they only had 4 songs, but they've only been together for a few weeks, and those 4 songs were a 45 minute set anyways! anywayz, Brian and I got to play like a 15 minute set on the end, they pulled the plug cause they weren't expecting casey's band to play for so long so we ran out of time cause of the sound curfew at 10:00 pm... oh well, we had fun anywayz. And we got good reactions from the crowd too, so I was happy about that. I saw Leslie and Colleen and Savannah, I miss hanging out with them ... haha, listen to me reminiscing about high school, I'm becoming a fogey like don. hahaha. wellp, I'm gunna go, byeee!
