Potsticker/Gyoza maker

See that little yellow bit of plastic there in the photo? It happens to be the coolest little gadget I have picked up! I just made about 55 potstickers in a matter of minutes. The cost of the Gyoza/Potsticker wrappers is about $2.50 at the grocery store. I had some shrimp, chicken, cabbage, yellow onion, scallion, carrot, garlic, ginger and soy and put in the Cuisenart and ground it all up together. I then cooked it and let drain, cool and then stuffed the potstickers with it. This little gadget is going to save us a ton of money. I have some fake crab (krab) in the fridge and some green onion. I just need some cream cheese and I can make those crab rangoon too. Well... there are a lot of variations I can make.

The Gyoza/Potstickers in that photo have not been cooked yet. I just put them in the freezer in a big gallon ziplock for now. I think that little gadget cost me something like $3. I absolutely love it!
