For those of you who don't know...
It was reported to us today through a message delivered to the classrooms that two Juniors of Messalonskee High School were in a car accident. At this point it is known that one of them has passed away, while the other was in critical condition and not likely to recover. It was further rumored later in the day that the second person had passed as well but I can't confirm this personally. If the parents of the kids decide to release the names to the press then you will be able to read about it online most likely. I don't feel that it is neccessary or proper for me to assume that any of the information I have recieved is reliable accept that two Juniors were in the accident and one of them passed away. I don't know really what to say for myself... it's had an monumental effect on the school and whether I knew them are not does nor change the fact that it effects my life. I hope that those who need comfort find it and those who feel empty are filled and mostly I hope that those who are hopeless and find this to be a completely senseless tragedy can find the peace to revel in the lives of these kids and not let mourning consume them. God is still in control and he still loves all His children. That is all for now, goodnight.
