Happy Update!
So I emailed Christin at the rescue about the dog I was turned down for. She gave me a second chance, and I now have a little baby named Cinnamon!!!
Here she is!
She is a 6 yearold Boston Terrier/Pug Mix. She has a degenerative eye disease that prevents her cells from growing back in her eyes once they have died. She will probably go blind someday, but that doesn't matter! She's still a fantastic dog!
The only downside is that I was supposed to get her today, but she developed 'Kennel Cough' from a new dog the rescue had brought in from a puppy mill. So I don't get her for another 2 weeks, or until the Kennel Cough clears.
