ben folds sang that at the beginning of his show. it was pretty much the most amazing night of my life, i'm not gonna lie. he opened with trusted and his set continued for two hours and included but was not limited to kate, brick, landed, jesusland, one angry dwarf, annie waits, ARMY, bastard, narcolepsy, a cover of such great heights, bitches ain't shit, zak and sara, you to thank, fred jones pt.2 and rockin' the suburbs. the dude who opened for him was some crazy guy who played the accordian and had on a white suit with sparkles on it and he was hilarious. kinda reminded me of tenacious d. he played freebird on the accordian. it was hilarious. if you were cool enough to get a phone call, consider yourself mucho lucky :)
does anyone even read this anymore?
there will be pictures up on my facebook in about 10 minutes from tonight's show and fall break and a couple random halloween pictures.
i'm on a smoothie diet. it's not very healthy, but it should help me lose 10 pounds in a week which is the objective. i have to fit into the dress i wore to graduation for o phi a activation on sunday and, though it fits now, it looks horrible. so smoothie diet it is! we'll see how it goes. started yesterday and so far...i feel thinner. but that could just be because i feel hungry. who knows.
in approximately 33 days i will be home for the first time since august 16th or something crazy like that. it's a little ridiculous, but i'm sooooo excited about going home. i expect all of you to see me while i'm there!!!
saturday is death cab and, after tonight's awesomeness and armed with the knowledge that after saturday there will only be two days of class before thanksgiving break, i'm pretty sure i'm going to pass out from joy. i'm going to buy a tour shirt and sing along with everything and be in a state of complete happiness and i cannot wait.
there are 40 days left until it's christmas. make the most of it, kids.
