MY DOG WAS STOLEN PLEASE HELP
I live in the silver lake area and was shopping on the corner of Rosemont and Sunset while my dog was tied outside. I checked on him on occasion and the last time i checked on him the handle of his leash was still there but it had been cut off from the rest of the leash, and my dog was gone. I looked all around and could not find him, I called the cops but the did nothing since he was not a pure breed. I need everyones help that i can get, my dog is everything to both me and my mom.
