Alright kids and friends....
Things over the last week have been fun - Works been super-busy, which is good cos it makes everything go quicker. Went out on Thursday with Matt, Hannah and Kay, and it was fun. It was Jonny's last night out so saw a lot of people I havent seen for a while which was nice. Also lead to me going round Jonny's on Friday and playing SingStar on the PS2, which was frooking hilarious - I'm gonna be buying this over the next few weeks then we need to get pissed and have an almighty singalong. Seriously, its highly amusing.
Speaking of alcohol, I've now been clean for 19 days.... It's been tough-going at times, but seems to be working its magic. Gonna fall off the wagon big-style next Thursday though, as we make our live return up lurrrvely Karns. Can't wait, should be fun....
Saturday, went to the football in the arvo with Lloyd and Reymes - was pretty good, won 1-0, and actually played fairly well, so it was actually worth it for once. In the evening myself, Chaz, Matt and Kay went out for a meal.... Hit the Nag's Head in Stapleton which was pretty nice, and hella cheap. Left there about 9.45, and went to the Union to continue the night. We ended up staying in there til 12.45, playing pool with an old Irish guy who claimed to be the former Irish Pool Champion for 2 years running - to be fair, he was very good....but whether he was a former champion was debatable.
Practice was ace (as usual) on Sunday - soooo cannot wait for the studio, but we're really struggling for somewhere to stay. If we cant find anywhere its gonna suck, as the whole 'staying away' factor was one of the best parts of last time. We will see.....
