Going to the gym hurts.... It's official.
Yep, started the new fitness regime a while back - into the third week now and really starting to feel the burn...mainly cos i've started using the weights and everything as well now. But, it seems to be having the desired effect, so I spose I cant complain.
I've also given up the sauce for a while as well - Going to Elements was starting to bore me, so I'd rather just go down Karns or the Union, not drink, then drive home. Did it on Saturday and it was a laugh.
The Hero seem to be back on the right track now - Can't wait to get the new material recorded and start gigging again. It seems like forever since we played somewhere outside of Leicester. Oh, and we finally got our first Royalty Cheque through from Lockjaw - £8.16!! Have some of that!
Well, I must now depart for work.... I trust you're all doing well.
