Mulder/Skinner story(ies)

This is an oldie but goodie - Mulder & Skinner are out of town for a conference and get stuck there for several days because of flooded roads. During that time they start a relationship. Neither is certain how to proceed once they return to D.C. There are more stories in this series. One where Skinner warns off a fellow FBI Agent making remarks about Mulder being gay. Ring any bells?
