Seeking an old fic: Scully as a sadist, kidnapper, f/f non-con slash fic...

I am trying to find what I remember to be an extremely well-written slash fic probably at least ten years old at this point. It may be called "Hope" or something similar. The basic premise was that Scully became obsessed with a woman ("Hope"? or another simple, feminine name I think) and eventually kidnaps her, handcuffing or chaining her in her bathtub. Scully continues to lead a double life in which no one knows she has this woman as her prisoner and attempts to coerce her into loving her...I remember one scene in which Scully brings her prisoner to (undesired) orgasm. I can't find this anywhere, can anyone help?? I'm fairly certain it was NC-17. Thanks!
