by chance, Mulder locates body of young girl

I read this story some time ago and don't remember many details, so some of them may be remember wrong. Mulder is called on a missing girl case in a smaller community. On the way there he ID's a spot to a sheriff and they begin digging. They find a body that is unrelated to the case they're on, that of a young girl with a broken collarbone. There some connection to Samantha, who'd broken her collarbone on a tire swing.
