Second week of classes now. Things are going pretty well. Although I'm lagging a bit on one of my classes -which is online. I completely forgot to go on blackboard and sign in to see the syllabus and such. Whoops. The four day weekend threw me off.
Nevertheless, I'm being pretty visible in class and my professors pretty much know my name already. Yes, I am a nerd. A nerd that is horrible at turning in homework and sometimes comes to class a little over than just 10 minutes late. Ha. I'm liking World Lit and Philosophy. We're discussing similar writing for both too which is just great. I like it how sometimes you pick classes that are somehow connected to each other. It just makes learning so much easier.
Philo lecture today was great. Lots of interaction and there's another girl who's gotten into the conversations. The last few classes it was just the boys talking so it's nice to get women's take on all things Philosophical. I may have made a new friend too as he started talking to me before class started. He reminds me of my cousin :)
I have an old classmate in my World Lit class. Makes classes go by faster. I've also met up with a former classmate of mine and we're going for early dinner in a bit -we both have class at 19:00.
I'm a bit lazy to put up my weekend photos but will def put those up soon. Maybe by the weekend.
Weather is nice out.
No more hot days I hope...
...although I've been wanting to go to the beach or wade in the pool lately.
