eloisa's weekend of max-o relax-o
It's holiday time again. Fourth of July Weekend.
My tito and tita are away on a trip to Toronto and Niagara Falls. How spectacular it must be to see it during the Fourth as well!
These next few days are my chores days. I got a couple of things lined up that needs to be taken care of. Why is it that I do so much better when no one is looking?
They left at 4:00am today and I got woken up by my tita. I thought it was just a customary good bye etc etc. Of course I'm half asleep so nothing was making sense. She waves a check in her hand and says, Go buy new flats. Throw away that pair that you keep wearing.
Awww. I have this pair of faux snakeskin Aldo's that I LOVE LOVE LOVE. They are uber comfy and look really great. But it's really time to retire. One pair has a gaping hole on the side, and the soles and just about everything else are scuffed down to nothingness. I'm sad to let them go. I've had them for over a year now. So I'm in the market for new shoesies. They're so sweet for feeling sorry for me and my poor shoes!

While I love the python Ruby & Bloom and the detail on the Report shoe, I'm partial to the French Sole and Jeffrey Campbell pairs as they are leather lined. I'm likely to take to the shops on Friday...or Saturday as it's the big sale then. Must have a large cuppa then so I'm peachy happy amidst the shoe frenzy.
